We then send you an estimate within 24 hours. Once you have accepted our estimate , a contract will be provided and after confirming your options we can usually commence work within 48 hours. Our Customer Service consultant will keep you updated on the project’s progress and is available to answer any questions you may have during the renovation process. At the completion of your renovation project we have an extensive handover procedure where we will measure our performance against our initial promise to you.

2. On time, on budget delivery

   We work to your strict budget requirements. When you receive a detailed, itemised quote from Instile Renovations you receive the final costing of your renovation project. Once our quote is accepted you will not be hit with hidden charges or additional costs at any stage of the project. We realise that renovating can create unavoidable disruptions to any household, which is why we work to a guaranteed timeframe. This way you will know in advance how long your kitchen or bathroom will take to complete, giving you the opportunity to plan around the renovation project. During your initial consultation we discuss a realistic timeline for each stage of the renovation process. We then present you with a guaranteed start and completion date for the project, outlined in the contract, while remaining committed to the highest standards of workmanship, professionalism and care for your home or investment property.

3. Guaranteed workmanship

   All of our trades (plumbing, electrical, tiling etc.) include a seven year guarantee on workmanship. We offer a 10 year guarantee on all waterproofing.
